About the Job

A temporary opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to support on generalist HR matters, with a strong emphasis on employee relations. This role is required for an initial two weeks, with the possibility of being extended to a month depending on workload.

Duties
  • Providing day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees
  • Managing employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance and performance issues
  • Advising on HR policies, processes and employment legislation
  • Preparing and updating HR documentation
  • Supporting with absence management and return-to-work processes
  • Ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping
About the Successful Applicant

You will be a confident HR professional with hands-on experience in employee relations and case management. You’ll be comfortable working in a busy, office-based environment and able to build strong working relationships quickly. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience is desirable.
