Main Responsibilities
  • Assist managers with disciplinary, investigation, and grievance processes.
  • Collaborate with managers to effectively manage and reduce employee absence.
  • Partner with managers to enhance team performance and employee engagement.
  • Provide coaching to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Support the facilitation of flexible working discussions and meetings.
Your Profile
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience, with a thorough understanding of employment law.
  • Experience in interviewing to support team staffing.
  • Ability to work effectively with managers in a confident and cooperative manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Constantly seek to improve processes.
