We Manage Jobs is looking for an experienced HR Advisor for the Children's Directorate at Solihull Council. This role involves providing comprehensive HR services, focusing on employee relations, policy advice, and training. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification and a strong background in operational HR practices, offering flexibility through a combination of remote and office work.
Full Time (flexible hours) – 37 hours per week
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team, supporting the Children’s Directorate at Solihull Council.
As HR Advisor for Children’s Services, you will provide a comprehensive HR Service to a range of customers including internal / external stakeholders, partners, ensuring the service is focused on delivering innovative business solutions. You will also liaise with Trade Unions as required in wider employment consultations and negotiations.
