Job summary

New Appointments Group is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a temporary role based in Thanet. The successful candidate will support the Management team and assist with HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding. Ideal candidates should have experience in HR and knowledge of UK employment law. This role offers flexible working hours and an immediate start.

HR Advisor

Location: Thanet | 6-8 Week Temporary

£15.00-17.00/hour

LOCAL CANDIDATES TO THANET, CANTERBURY, HERNE BAY, DEAL AND SANDWICH ONLY WILL BE CONSIDERED.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join a small team in Thanet to help support the Management team and hold the fort in an HR Advisory capacity on a short term temporary basis.

What You'll Do:

• Provide day to day support in the HR team
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding
• Contribute opinions and advice to HR projects that are currently in process.
• Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure legal compliance

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
• Understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) is desirable but not essential

You will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, however there could be some flexibility on this. This is an immediate start so don’t delay and please contact us.
