Our client, a values-driven, highly successful business, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their collaborative HR team. With a focus on high-quality ER case management, you'll play a key role in maintaining a fair, inclusive, and supportive employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handling a variety of employee relations matters, including absence, grievance, disciplinary, and performance issues, from start to finish.
  • Providing pragmatic, legally sound advice to managers, coaching them through tricky conversations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Partnering with the wider HR team on continuous improvement, culture, and engagement projects.
  • Contributing to policy reviews, process improvements, and people-focused initiatives that support employee wellbeing and retention.
  • Acting as a trusted first point of contact for escalated people issues across the business
