Armstrong Fluid Technology in Manchester is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle. This hands-on generalist role partners with managers to apply policy and employment law, maintain records, and drive efficiency in HR processes on-site.
You will handle employee relations, probation, coaching for managers, and data reporting using BambooHR and MS Office. CIPD Level 3/5 preferred, UK HR experience in manufacturing, and a strong eye for detail.

This is a hands-on generalist role responsible for delivering high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with managers and employees, the role combines day-to-day HR administration with first-line advice on a range of people matters, ensuring people processes are delivered efficiently, consistently and in line with company policy and employment legislation.
This position is based on-site in Manchester.
