Job Description
- Provide effective HR guidance across the company
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Promote company values and enable business success through job design, recruitment, and talent management
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- CIPD level 5 qualified, or willingness to work towards
- Experience in a similar role operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (ideally in Technology & Telecoms sector).
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
