Job description

Job Overview

Queen’s College, London is seeking an exceptional HR Advisor to work closely with the Bursar and lead on all operational HR matters such as employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, CPD, people metrics, and embedding a proactive HR culture at Queen’s.

We are a 4-18 school with 650 pupils and over 150 staff, based in central London near Oxford Circus. Our support team collaborates closely with teaching colleagues to create an inspiring learning environment. With a rich history of empowering girls and young women, our HR function is vital in supporting our staff to excel.

Recently, we implemented a new HR system, outsourced payroll, and are now focusing on embedding further HR procedures and enhancing our workplace environment. The role involves operational, project, and developmental work to foster a collaborative and impactful HR culture.
