We are a 4-18 school with 650 pupils and over 150 staff. Based in central London, near Oxford Circus, we have an excellent support team who work closely with teaching colleagues to provide an inspiring learning environment for our pupils. A school with a long and rich history in empowering girls and young women, our HR function plays a critical role in empowering our staff to be the best they can be.

We have recently implemented a new HR system, outsourced payroll, and are now looking to embed further HR procedures while also exploring ways to make Queen’s an even better place to work. This will involve a combination of operational, project, and development work to build a collaborative and impactful HR culture.

Early application is encouraged as we reserve the right to close the advert early should a suitable candidate be found. Interviews will be held at any stage.

Flexible working options, such as part-time or term-time only, will be considered—please specify your preference in your application.
