Job description

HR Advisor

Kinetic Recruitment are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy manufacturing site based in Bromborough.

Contract Type: 3 month Fixed term contract

Salary: 30k prorated.

Hours: 25-30 per week

Working Hours: Flexible - able to choose own hours. Although Mon-Fri would be a preference.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Develop close working relationships with the Business management team to ensure that HR activity is managed.
  2. Provide advice and support to managers on all HR issues.
  3. Ensure a proactive approach to HR requirements.
  4. Support group initiatives.
  5. Contribute to a proactive communications strategy to all employees.
  6. Improve skill levels at site.
  7. Manage all employee relations case work at site.
  8. Assist in the recruitment and induction process.
  9. Provide HR guidance to site leaders.
  10. Support the payroll preparation.
Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre and CIPD qualified. Experience of HR best practice in a manufacturing environment would be beneficial, as would a good understanding of employment law.
