Job description

Are you ready to make a real impact through expert Employee Relations support? We’re looking for a confident, proactive HR Advisor to join our supportive ER team, reporting to the Senior HR Advisor.

In this hands-on role, you’ll provide consistent, compliant advice across a diverse regional portfoliosupporting managers on issues like attendance, grievances, disciplinaries, performance, probation, and flexible working.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering expert guidance and coaching managers and colleagues on ER issues

  • Managing complex casework and attending hearings and meetings

  • Supporting ACAS conciliations and Employment Tribunal claims

  • Assisting with change management processes including TUPE and restructures

  • Maintaining accurate case records and documentation in the HR system

  • Contributing to training and development initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Employee Relations and casework (Care sector experience is a plus)

  • Strong working knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices

  • CIPD or equivalent HR qualification

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Confident managing your own administration and workload

  • IT savvy especially with Word and Excel
