Job Opportunity: HR Advisor

This is a fully generalist role with a focus on Employee Relations. Key responsibilities include:

• Advising and coaching management on employment law and HR best practices
• Handling ER matters such as investigations, grievances, disciplinaries, and dismissals
• Managing the Employee Life Cycle, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding
• Updating policies, procedures, and employee handbook
• Providing HR reports and updates to senior leadership
• Supporting recruitment activities, including advertising and CV screening

Elevation HR is eager to connect with candidates possessing:

• 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• A strong understanding of employment legislation
