Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance
· Employee Relations: Provide advice and guidance on ER issues, absence management, and performance concerns
· HR Operations: Oversee HR administration across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding
· Policy & Compliance: Support the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring adherence to employment law
· HR Projects: Lead and support on HR initiatives such as engagement, retention, and wellbeing programmes
· Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and produce insightful HR and payroll reports for senior leadership - Payroll Management: Assist with Payroll when needed
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a generalist HR role
· Knowledge: Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
· Qualifications: CIPD (or working towards) desirable
· Systems: Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Communication: Confident, professional, and comfortable advising stakeholders at all levels
