Job Description

As our HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the business. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, supporting both employees and managers



Provide advice and guidance on a broad range of HR issues including employee relations, performance, absence, and disciplinary matters.

Support managers with recruitment, onboarding, and probation processes.

Assist with HR policy development, implementation, and compliance.

Maintain and update employee records in line with GDPR and internal procedures.

Support HR projects and initiatives aligned with our people strategy.

Promote best practice and consistency across the organisation.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for a confident, solutions-focused individual with a solid foundation in generalist HR.

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • CIPD Level 3 (minimum); Level 5 desirable.
