Job description

Looking to join a growing company? Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a brilliant business as they look to recruit an Interim HR Advisor for 12 months, to cover maternity leave.

As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the full employee life cycle, including managing ER cases, company benefits and supporting with Payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ER cases from start to finish.
  • Process group benefits and payroll as well as dealing with employee queries.
  • Support the management team with all things People related.
  • Take ownership of weekly and monthly reports for the business.
  • Support with recruitment for the group, utilising the ATS.
We are looking for:
  • Previous experience gained working as a HR Generalist.
  • Strong experience managing ER casework from start to finish.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Great attention to detail, time management and organisation skills.
