An established industry player is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the full range of HR activities, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture and compliance with legal standards. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for an exciting new challenge?
To be successful in this role it is essential you are people-focused and results-driven. You must have previous experience in a HR Advisor role or equivalent within a fast-paced manufacturing/FMCG environment.
You will need to have a good understanding of Employment Law and practice and the employee lifecycle, including demonstrable knowledge of ER Case management.
You will need to have experience of volume recruitment and interviewing.
Excellent communication and listening skills are required, along with the competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels within the company.
You should have good knowledge and experience of using HR Systems and databases, and excellent computer skills including use of spreadsheets.
You must be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and have the ability to work to targets and strict deadlines.
