Role Overview
The HR Advisor will support the HR Manager and the management team in implementing effective HR practices that align with our company's strategy and objectives. This role is crucial in managing the employee lifecycle and ensuring a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment Management: Oversee the recruitment cycle, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
  2. Employee Relations Support: Provide guidance on various employee relations issues and assist with disciplinary and grievance matters.
  3. Performance Appraisal Oversight: Manage a performance appraisal system to promote high performance and development.
  4. Wellbeing Initiatives: Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing and mental health.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  1. Minimum A Level / Level 3.

Preferred Skills

  1. Proven working experience in a HR Advisor role.
  2. Demonstrable experience in employee relations case management.
  3. Strong knowledge of employment law and the employee lifecycle.
  4. People-oriented and results-driven.
  5. Proficient in HR systems and databases.
  6. Excellent computer skills, including spreadsheet proficiency.
  7. Strong data analysis and report writing abilities.
  8. Exceptional active listening and communication skills.
  9. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
  10. Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
  11. Competent in building and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels.

Additional Information
The HR Advisor will also be expected to deputize for the Group HR Manager when required.
