HR Advisor - Join a Leading, Award-Winning Manufacturing Business!


SRS Partnership are looking for an experienced HR Advisor (SITE BASED) to join a fantastic award-winning manufacturing company at their East Lothian facility. If you're looking to take your HR career to the next level while working with a supportive manager and team - this could be your next move!


What you'll be doing:
  1. End-to-end recruitment management, collaborating with hiring managers.
  2. Oversee the induction and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  3. Track HR metrics like absenteeism, probation periods, and performance.
  4. Handle performance management and support multiskilling across the site.
  5. Keep the HR system up to date, ensuring accurate data for decision-making.
  6. Manage HR admin, investigations, and weekly timesheet processing.
  7. Support company-wide social, charity, and CSR events.
  8. Get involved in exciting internal HR projects!

What you need:
  1. 2+ years in HR or HR admin role (manufacturing background a bonus).
  2. A 3rd level HR qualification is essential.
  3. Strong admin and IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint - Visio is a plus).
  4. Excellent communicator with superb relationship-building skills.
  5. Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Organized, discreet, and results-driven team player.

Please note, this is a fully site-based role, and remote or hybrid working will not be offered.
