A&P Tyne are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated HR Advisor to join the APCL HR team and provide a first-class service to our Tyne site. This 100% site-based role works closely with internal teams and our customers who have on-site presence, managing complex, heavy engineering projects. You will partner with managers to resolve situations fairly and consistently with confidence and care, becoming a trusted Advisor. You will bring emotional intelligence and practical HR expertise to drive impact in employee relations, wellbeing, policy development, and organisational change.

We support the Royal Navy, Royal Fleet Auxiliary and our Commercial Customers. At A&P Tyne we are an ambitious facility, part of APCL Group, with around 2000 people across locations in the North East, South West and North West. We employ a diverse workforce delivering a broad range of services to our customers. This role is 100% site-based, working with internal teams and our customers on-site.
