Client Details
Our well-respected Haywards Heath area organisation is looking to recruit a full-time HR Advisor on a fixed term contract basis, initially set at 12 months.


Description
As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing advice on HR policies, processes, and employment legislation to colleagues and managers.
  2. Guiding managers on handling employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  3. Supporting workplace conflict resolution by mediating and fostering a positive work environment.
  4. Assisting with offboarding processes, including exit interviews and communication.
  5. Maintaining accurate HR records, including contracts, colleague files, and HR system updates.
  6. Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements in all HR processes.
  7. Providing guidance to administrative colleagues, ensuring competency in allocated tasks.
  8. Staying updated on employment legislation and supporting the development of HR policies and procedures.

Profile
Previous experience working within an HR environment.
Demonstrates a clear understanding of HR Functions.
Thorough knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
CIPD Level 5 or 7 or similar.
Hybrid working of 2 days WFH.
