Job summary

The Royal College of Music is seeking an HR Advisor to lead a small team handling day-to-day HR operations, payroll inputting, pensions administration and recruitment. The role focuses on delivering excellent service to stakeholders, improving processes, and applying up-to-date employment law knowledge.

Working closely with the Deputy Head of HR and Head of HR, the advisor will provide guidance on employment policies, casework, and best practice within a friendly, small HR team.
