Tiger HR is delighted to be working with a leading, fast-growing, international media production company that is seeking a confident and capable HR Advisor to join its expanding team. With headcount expected to grow to 300–400 employees, this role offers significant opportunities for progression and impact, ideal for someone looking to take ownership and grow into a future leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for staff and managers on HR queries and provide timely, practical advice.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining company policies and the employee handbook.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
  • Deliver regular HR metrics and insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Advise on employment relations issues including absence management, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  • Participate in the annual salary review and performance appraisal process.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback trends.
  • Collaborate with management to deliver training and organisational development initiatives.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance in HR administration and documentation.

What You Bring:
  • At least 2 years of relevant HR experience within the UK, with solid knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive self-starter able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Technically proficient and confident in supporting HR systems implementation.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards.
  • Ambitious and capable of growing into a second-in-command role within the HR function.
