Our excellent client in Gloucestershire is looking for an individual with HR experience to join their team on an ongoing basis with potential for longer-term commitment. The ideal candidate should be able to start at short notice following a successful interview.

A HR-related qualification is not essential; however, previous HR experience is crucial, as you will be expected to begin work immediately, supported by a Head of HR and the team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  1. HR administration
  2. Handling employee relations cases
  3. Supporting recruitment and retention efforts
  4. Promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion
  5. Managing disciplinary and grievance procedures
  6. Supporting employee welfare and engagement
  7. Facilitating learning and development
  8. Developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and working practices
  9. Communicating with external recruitment agencies

Key Attributes

  • Previous HR experience at Coordinator or Advisor level
  • Experience managing employee relations cases
  • Ability to handle a varied workload

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, on-site
