Job Description
HR Advisor - Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a multi-site care setting.
Support and manage a range of employee relations matters, including complex and sensitive cases involving safeguarding, conduct, and performance.
Lead on investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management in line with policy and best practice.
Coach and support line managers on HR policies and people management issues.
Assist in the delivery of HR initiatives including staff wellbeing, engagement, and retention strategies.
Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to compliance and audit processes.
The Successful Applicant
HR Advisor - What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a HR Advisor (or similar level) within the care, healthcare, or social services sector.
Confident handling sensitive ER cases, ideally with knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to build relationships across all levels.
A calm and compassionate approach with the ability to work under pressure.

Salary of £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
