A healthcare organization in East Sussex is seeking a part-time HR Advisor to provide comprehensive HR advice, manage employee relations, and develop HR policies. Ideal candidates are CIPD L5 qualified with experience in a unionized environment. This position offers a salary between £38,682 and £46,580 per annum, pro rata, with flexible working patterns.
The HR Solutions team provide first line and advisory HR advice across East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. Our team contribute to the provision of comprehensive HR delivery across the Trust, ensuring that the application of HR policy is fairly and consistently applied, by way of effective communication, advice, influence and training.
Successful candidates will be CIPD L5 qualified, or have equivalent experience in a complex organisational setting. Experience of working in a unionised environment is advantageous. You will be well organised and an effective communicator, with experience of providing advice on HR policy and case work.
