HR Advisor, Maldon, Essex

Salary: £30,000-£37,000

HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join an expanding organisation in the industrial sector. Reporting directly into the HR Business Partner (based at another site), there is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of HR within the site.


HR Advisor Responsibilities

  • Review and renewal of all HR Policies and procedures
  • Managing and/or supporting recruitment related activities and other HR processes
  • Provide 1st Line HR Support for all employees
  • Carry out HR project work as required
  • Provide advice and support to line managers and employees regarding any change in employment legislation
  • Assist with the disciplinary and grievance procedures: advising managers, supporting investigations
  • Manage data contained in the HR system, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date
  • Perform any HR administrative tasks

Person Specification

  • At least 4 years generalist HR experience
  • Working understanding of UK Employment Law
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Can-do attitude and down-to-earth approach

In return, you will receive a salary of between £30,000-£37,000.
