HR Advisor - Sports & Wellbeing Global Business | Salary up to c£40,000 + Benefits + Bonus.

We're working with a purpose-driven global brand that believes in the power of movement, wellbeing, and community. Their UK & Ireland head office is based in Warrington, and they're looking for a HR Advisor to play a key role in supporting their people and ensuring safe, engaging, and inclusive environments across office and retail.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries across head office, retail, and wholesale teams.
  • Provide advice and support on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Develop fresh initiatives to drive engagement and wellbeing.
  • Oversee facilities management - from health & safety and compliance, to managing contractors, suppliers, and the car fleet.
  • Carry out audits, inspections, and ensure office standards remain high.
About you
  • CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent HR experience).
  • Confident handling a wide range of employee relations casework.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative - someone who thrives on variety.
