Are you an experienced HR Advisor with a strong background in organisational change?

We are working with a well–respected charitable organisation seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their friendly, national HR team. This role is fully remote, with equipment provided, t=

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, with a particular focus on organisational restructures
  • Lead or contribute to change management processes, including restructures, redundancy consultations, and TUPE where applicable
  • Coach and mentor line managers to build confidence and capability in managing people–related issues
  • Ensure accurate and up–to–date case management documentation in line with best practice
  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to ensure a consistent, high–quality service
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidance
  • Stay up to date with changes in employment law and advise accordingly

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience at HR Advisor level, ideally within a charitable or complex, multi–site environment
  • Demonstrable experience supporting and advising on restructures and organisational change
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Confident working autonomously in a remote setting
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or equivalent experience)
