Job description

We are looking for a HR Advisor to support generalist human resources responsibilities within a dynamic FMCG environment. This role involves providing expert HR guidance, leading employee relations activities, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes.

What you will be doing:

  • Providing high-quality HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters
  • Supporting the consistent application of HR policies and procedure
  • Leading the absence management process
  • Participating in recruitment activities, including interviews and company inductions
  • Assisting with the development of HR initiatives and people projects
  • Collating monthly payroll data to ensure accurate payments and reporting

What we are looking for:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/Payroll systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Confidence in handling sensitive matters and employee casework
