Job description

A fantastic, fast-growing organisation is seeking a super strong HR generalist to join them on a permanent basis.

This will be a rewarding role for those wanting to progress in an exciting business.

Due to the nature of the organisation, you must be SC cleared or eligible to go through an SC Clearance.

What You'll Do:
  1. Advise and support leaders and staff on all things HR
  2. Deliver HR strategies across recruitment, performance, ER, and talent development
  3. Guide and coach managers on policies and best practices
  4. Lead on complex employee relations cases and support change initiatives
  5. Champion wellbeing, EDI, and continuous improvement
  6. Help shape and deliver key People projects alongside the Head of People
What You'll Bring:
  1. CIPD qualified/training
  2. Experience partnering with leadership teams
  3. Knowledge of UK employment law
  4. Skilled communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  5. Comfortable managing a varied workload and analysing HR data
  6. Experience with HR systems and project implementation
