The Company

HR Services Scotland Ltd are a leading, fast-paced, growing and dynamic outsourced external HR, health & safety, commercial/ISO project management, finance services, management consultancy and online training services provider with a broad extensive client base serving across Scotland and the UK. We have a team of 17 professionals and over 500 clients.

The Role

Due to a recent period of significant commercial growth, we are currently recruiting for an office-based HR Advisor on a full-time substantive basis of 35 hours per week to join our team of HR professionals based at our new modern office pavilion suite in the Scottish Enterprise Technology Park.

As our key HR team member, the postholder will be the first point of contact to triage all incoming HR queries and provide HR advice on all aspects of the employee life cycle. The postholder will also have primary responsibility for conducting HR documentation audits, as well as generating all client employment documentation including contracts of employment, employee handbooks and associated HR policies/procedures. Therefore, the applicant must possess exceptional oral communication/interpersonal skills and an excellent standard of written business English, together with high standards of accuracy and attention to detail whilst working to client demands and deadlines.

The Person

To be successful, the candidate must have at least 12 months' HR/people management experience at an advisory level working in a fast-paced organisation with a proven track record of excellent administration/IT skills, along with a passion for problem solving, and provision of professional customer service at all times. The applicant must have a full clean driving licence and access to a car.
