Working from our state-of-the-art facility in Droitwich-Spa, we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team.
The working hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
- Specialized Employee Relations Expertise: Provide expert advice and guidance on Employee Relations, resolving conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Championing Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to boost engagement, craft communication strategies, conduct surveys, and develop action plans to ensure every voice is heard.
- Driving Policy and Process Improvements: Analyze industry trends and data to identify improvement areas, and implement policy changes for positive outcomes.
- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage recruitment processes, support hiring managers, guide interviews, and ensure smooth contract processes.
- Empowering Managers: Provide training and mentorship to equip managers in handling Employee Relations issues confidently.
- Harnessing Business Metrics for Growth: Use data insights to identify opportunities and guide organizational improvements.
