We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Droitwich-Spa.

The role involves working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role:

  • Employee Relations Expertise: Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve employee involvement and communication.
  • Policy and Process Improvements: Analyze trends and data to recommend enhancements.
  • Recruitment Management: Oversee recruitment processes and support hiring managers.
  • Manager Empowerment: Train and mentor managers on employee relations issues.
  • Business Metrics: Use data insights to inform decisions and improvements.
