HR Advisor

Permanent and full time

Doncaster - office based

up to £35k

Are you looking to join a fantastic company? Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a great business as they look to expand their HR team.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  1. Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing regular support to operational managers.
  2. Support with Recruitment processes.
  3. Support the wider HR team with HR projects and initiatives.
  4. Oversee the onboarding and leavers process.
  5. Support the wider HR team to implement employee engagement processes when required.

We are looking for:

  1. Proven HR background working true generalist roles.
  2. Hands on experience managing ER casework, including complex ER cases.
  3. Experience within a fast-paced environment.
  4. Excellent attention to detail.
  5. Competent user of Microsoft Office.
  6. Ideally CIPD qualified.
