Ashley Kate is delighted to be partnering with a great business as they look to expand their HR team.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Manage ER casework from start to finish, providing regular support to operational managers.
2. Support with Recruitment processes.
3. Support the wider HR team with HR projects and initiatives.
4. Oversee the onboarding and leavers process.
5. Assist the wider HR team in implementing employee engagement processes when required.

We are looking for:

1. Proven HR background with experience in generalist roles.
2. Hands-on experience managing ER casework, including complex cases.
3. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6. Ideally CIPD qualified.
