Job Description

Culina Group is hiring a HR Advisor on a 1-year fixed-term contract supporting our Corby operation.

This is a fantastic opportunity in a fast-paced environment, providing a proactive HR service to the HR Business Partner and management team.

The role holder will support the assigned HR Business Partners and sites on HR-related matters.

Key Duties

  • Provide case-managed employee relations support to the HRBP team as required.
  • Prepare case management packs for HRBP and line managers.
  • Provide HR guidance, coaching, and advice to line managers.
  • Provide data and statistics for the Head of HR Operations.
  • Attend disciplinary, grievance, and absence-related meetings as required.
  • Support mediation and resolution of employee relations issues; conduct thorough investigations when necessary.
  • Assist with HR operational projects such as site restructuring, new builds, closures, and TUPE processes.
  • Support HRBP with site initiatives like resourcing events, engagement initiatives, and survey responses.
  • Work with HRBP and management to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, engagement, and retention.
  • Run reports for HRBP as needed.
  • Provide holiday cover for HRBP and other HR Advisors as required.
  • Support HR administrative tasks and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

To be successful, candidates should possess:

  • Understanding of HR legislation.
  • Proven experience advising on HR matters such as grievances, disciplinary actions, performance management, and absence management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ability to build trust, respect, and openness.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
