About the Role

We are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to join our team, based at Maida Vale, London.

Within this role, you’ll act as the regional expert, coaching our managers and providing comprehensive HR advice and support with employee relation queries and end-to-end management processes, empowering them to make informed decisions.

You will support the delivery of the People Plan, promote best practices in compliance with policies and procedures, ensure accurate casework administration in line with GDPR, provide Learning and Development support, facilitate training sessions, and review HR Data insights to identify trends.

About You

Candidates should have excellent knowledge and experience of employee relation processes, with previous experience in a generalist HR advisory role. CIPD membership or qualification (Level 5) is preferred but not essential. You should be empathetic, maintain professionalism and confidentiality, manage your own diary, juggle multiple tasks, and pay close attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel (e.g., v lookups, pivot tables) and experience in analyzing large data sets, producing reports, business cases, and complex letters are essential.
