A leading hotel group in Edinburgh is seeking an HR Advisor to join their Cluster HR Team. The role focuses on providing HR support, delivering training, and managing employee relations. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and experience in HR advisory roles, preferably within hospitality. We are offering £26,582.40 per annum (£17.04 per hour).

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our Cluster HR Team, supporting both the Kimpton Charlotte Square and InterContinental Edinburgh The George. This is a varied role combining core HR advisory responsibilities with a strong focus on training, onboarding, and colleague development. As our HR Advisor, you’ll work closely with the HR Business Partner and HR Assistant to provide professional, hands-on HR support across the colleague lifecycle. You’ll also play a lead role in delivering engaging training, onboarding, and compliance programs to ensure our teams are well-supported and set up for success.
