HR Advisor
Permanent / Full or Part Time (min. 3 days per week and flexible working)
South Gloucestershire (with very occassional travel)
£35,000 to £40,000 DOE + Benefits and Development

Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with a respected and growing HR consultancy based in South Gloucestershire, to source an experienced and proactive HR Advisor on a permanent basis. This opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time applicants (minimum 3 days per week), with full flexibility to suit your working preferences.

Working as a trusted Advisor to a varied portfolio of clients across the UK, you'll provide tailored, commercially-minded HR support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to complex employee relations and change.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver high-quality HR advice, guidance and solutions across all generalist areas including recruitment, employee relations, performance, contracts, benefits, and policies.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure timely, pragmatic solutions are delivered.
  • Manage multiple client projects and casework, ensuring matters are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Liaise with legal partners to oversee and support more complex cases when required.
  • Draft clear, accurate documentation including contracts, policy updates, letters and guidance materials.
  • Keep up to date with employment legislation and provide advice in line with the latest best practice and legal requirements.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role at Advisor level or above.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
  • A confident communicator, capable of advising clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client needs simultaneously.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
