A respected HR consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide tailored HR support across the employee lifecycle, focusing on recruitment and employee relations. This flexible role allows for both full-time and part-time applications, offering a chance to make a genuine impact within a supportive team.
Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with a respected and growing HR consultancy based in South Gloucestershire, to source an experienced and proactive HR Advisor on a permanent basis. This opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time applicants (minimum 3 days per week), with full flexibility to suit your working preferences.
HR Advisor
Permanent /Full or Part Time (min. 3 days per week and flexible working)
South Gloucestershire (with very occassional travel)
£35,000 to £40,000 DOE + Benefits and Development

Working as a trusted Advisor to a varied portfolio of clients across the UK, you’ll provide tailored, commercially-minded HR support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to complex employee relations and change.
