Job summary

The Chelmsford Learning Partnership is seeking a passionate HR Advisor to support managers across its multi-academy trusts in Chelmsford. You’ll handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and compliance while keeping HR data at the heart of decision making.

With CIPD Level 3 or equivalent, you’ll bring up-to-date employment law knowledge, strong communication, and a collaborative, service-minded approach to help schools thrive.

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 3 (minimum) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of employment law & HR best practice.
  • Proven experience advising managers on people issues across a range of HR matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to influence and support at all levels.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Strong organisational skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • A collaborative, resilient and people-focused approach.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing
  • Be the go-to HR professional for managers across multiple schools

You'll be confident, capable and ready to hit the ground running, with:

Scale 7/8 - £33,119-£40,444 - Starting Grade Subject to Level of Experience/Qualification

Based: CLP Offices Chelmsford with occasional travel to CLP schools
