Joining SafeHR as a HR Advisor you'll be responsible for advising a portfolio of clients across different industries, helping them with employment documentation and providing general HR advice and support.
If you're someone with hands-on HR experience with a CIPD qualification under their belt, you love working with a varied workload and want to help our customers on their journey to a safer world - this might be the role for you!
What that means day to day
What you’ll need to be successful
You will have worked in a HR Advisory position previously and will demonstrate a sound knowledge of employment law and advising on best HR practice. You will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a HR role.
You will have the ability to think and operate in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering first-class service and managing stakeholder relations. Experience in customer services via phone call and email support is also desirable.
