Job Opportunity: HR Advisor (Temporary)

We have an exciting temporary opportunity for an HR Advisor based in Bradford, offering £16-£18 per hour, with an immediate start.

The HR Advisor will be a key member of the HR team, responsible for providing timely, compliant advice, administration, and query resolution across the full employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  1. Support line managers with daily HR activities, offering advice in line with policies and procedures.
  2. Assist HR Business Partners with PDPs, salary reviews, talent and succession planning, workforce planning, employee relations, and performance issues.
  3. Contribute to recruitment processes, understanding business needs, and identifying opportunities for progression and promotion.
  4. Deliver HR training and development programs to managers.
  5. Help develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with HR strategy and organizational objectives.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation related to disciplinary, grievance, and redundancy cases, complying with statutory requirements.
  7. Ensure onboarding and induction processes are current and effectively delivered to new employees.
Skills and Experience
  • Significant experience working in a HR environment.
  • Extensive experience handling HR issues, including employee relations, grievances, disciplinaries, casework management, and attendance at hearings and meetings.
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex and challenging environment.
