My client is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to cover maternity leave in a standalone role, encompassing all generalist HR duties. A great opportunity for someone looking to step up to an HR Advisor role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage disciplinaries and grievances
Oversee sickness absence and performance management
Handle flexible working requests, maternity, and paternity leave
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
Induct new starters and manage all HR administration
Prepare offer letters and contracts for new employees
Manage starters and leavers processes
This role is on site 5 days per week in Bedford.
Requirements:
You will either have experience as an HR Advisor or will be looking for that next step from HR Assistant/ HR Co-ordinator level.
You must have experience managing low-level ER cases from end-to-end.
You must have experience managing recruitment and selection from end-to-end.
You will ideally be qualified to level 3 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
You must be able to start with no more than 1 month's notice.
