Looking for your next step in HR with an established global company offering a strong benefits package and opportunities to develop your career? My client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team, providing a varied and rewarding role within a large, internationally recognised organisation.
As HR Advisor, you’ll work closely with the HR Manager, providing first-line advice and support to managers and employees across the full range of employee relations matters. From absence and performance management to disciplinaries, grievances and flexible working, you’ll help managers navigate people-related challenges confidently and ensure policies and employment legislation are followed.
You’ll also take ownership of recruitment and onboarding, prepare employment contracts and HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records and analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements. With involvement in management training and wider HR projects, the HR Advisor position offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution to the business.
This opportunity would suit an HR professional with previous HR Advisor experience, a CIPD Level 5 qualification and a sound understanding of employment legislation. You’ll be confident advising managers, handling sensitive situations and balancing a busy workload, with the communication and influencing skills to build strong relationships across the site.
Working hours: This is a fully office-based role with no hybrid working. Hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break each day.
You’ll be joining a global organisation where HR plays an important role in supporting employees, managers and business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor who enjoys a hands-on role, wants to broaden their experience and values working for an established employer with a comprehensive benefits package.
