We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a permanent basis for a reputable Transport & Logistics Organisation. The successful candidate will join the HR team, reporting to the Head of HR to provide advice and guidance across a range of HR responsibilities, such as performance management, employee relations, recruitment etc. This role will be based in Newtownabbey.

The Role:
Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers on all people-related matters
Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures. Attend and support formal meetings acting as a company representative note-taker.
Manage the probationary review process and support line managers in performance discussions
Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives
Assist in development of policies and procedures
The Person:
CIPD qualification (desirable)
Strong knowledge and experience of current NI, ROI and UK employment legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong experience with employee relation cases and following policy and procedure during a disciplinary/grievance process.
