VANRATH are partnering with our client based in Belfast as they seek to appoint a HR Advisor to join their growing HR function team.

You will be expected to develop, implement and promote HR policies and practices in a hands-on operational role, in addition to contributing towards the development of best practice throughout the Company.

What you'll do:

  • Advising managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Assisting in the development and updating of HR policies.
  • Conducting job analysis and designing job descriptions.
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Facilitating new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Identifying training needs and designing training programmes.
  • Overseeing employee benefits programmes and addressing related enquiries.
  • Screening CVs, conducting interviews, and assisting in the selection process.

About you:

  • CIPD Level 5
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a HR role
  • Experience of providing professional HR advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of employment law and best practice HR.
