Be the go-to person for HR in a well-established manufacturing business. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR experience who's ready for more responsibility—without being thrown in the deep end. You'll join a long-standing, global manufacturer with a strong reputation and stable leadership. The company is growing, and they need someone who can confidently manage everyday HR activities while getting the support they need to succeed. You'll work closely with the Finance Director and have access to external HR advice when needed.

What you'll do:

1. Be the main HR contact for the site
2. Support managers with absence, performance, and employee queries
3. Manage new starters, leavers, and contract changes
4. Keep employee records and policies up to date
5. Help with payroll and benefits admin
6. Organise training and track records
7. Assist with recruitment and onboarding
8. Work alongside the QHSE Manager on health & safety support

What you'll need:

1. Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Officer
2. Comfortable handling employee relations
3. Able to work independently and ask for support when needed
4. Confident in day-to-day HR operations
5. Experience in a manufacturing or engineering setting is helpful
