We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Human Resources Advisory Team to contribute to the provision of a high-quality HR service. You will provide professional HR advice, support and guidance to managers, employees and external customers including schools on a wide range of individual or collective HR matters.
The role suits a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills underpinned by strong advisory, relationship-management and organisational-understanding capabilities. You must have good judgment and be confident in advising on employee relations and policy and procedures.
You will be a Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or hold an equivalent HR related qualification, or have significant demonstrable experience as an operational HR Advisor within a multi-functional, unionised organisation. Previous experience advising in schools / knowledge of teacher terms and conditions is desirable.
