Collab Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking a part-time HR Adviser to cover maternity leave. The role involves a broad spectrum of HR responsibilities, including employee relations, payroll management, and administrative support. Suitable candidates are CIPD qualified with strong organizational and communication skills. Who you'll be joining
You'll be joining an established family business just north of Swindon as their HR Adviser covering a maternity leave on a 12 month contract starting in August 2025. You'll be part of an experienced, close-knit team, working closely with the management team and interacting with every part of the business as a generalist HR Adviser.
Please note that this role is for part time hours (26-32 hours per week) spread across 5 days per week (for example, 9:00am to 3:00pm daily) to ensure that there is HR expertise onsite every working day.
